For nearly 50 years, Fred C. Parker, known throughout New Orleans as Chocolate Santa, brought smiles to generations of families. Every holiday season, children eagerly waited to see him, share their Christmas wishes, and capture memories that would be treasured for a lifetime. Many of those children grew up and returned with children and grandchildren of their own, continuing a tradition that spanned generations.

But Fred's gift was always about more than Christmas. He had a special way of making people feel welcomed, valued, and loved. Whether he was visiting schools, churches, hospitals, community events, or posing for holiday photos, he shared kindness wherever he went.

Today, Chocolate Santa LTD™ proudly continues that legacy.

Founded by his daughter, Linitta Parker Williams, our company was created to honor the spirit of a man who dedicated his life to bringing happiness to others.
